Due to the nature of the products we sell, our Refund Policy includes specific guidelines regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. General Refund Policy
  • Firearms, Ammunition, and Accessories: Due to legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for firearms, ammunition, or certain firearm-related accessories once they have been shipped, unless they are defective or damaged during transit.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or processing a refund, depending on the circumstances. For firearm returns, please ensure that you coordinate with the FFL dealer to process the return.
  1. Special Orders

For special orders, which include items not regularly stocked and items ordered specifically at your request, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total purchase price is required at the time of order. Special orders include but are not limited to:

  • Products that are custom configured or special-ordered from manufacturers.
  • Items that are not part of our regular stock or inventory.

If you cancel a special order after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable, and no refund will be issued.

  1. Custom Firearms

For custom firearm orders, which involve firearms that are specifically built or modified to your specifications, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total purchase price is required before we begin processing the order.

  • Once the custom firearm order is processed, the deposit is non-refundable, even if you cancel the order or change your mind.
  • The remaining balance is due before shipment of the completed firearm.
  • If there are any issues with the custom firearm upon delivery (such as defects), we will work with you to resolve the issue, including repair or replacement.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • Firearm Orders: Firearm orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund, excluding any applicable non-refundable deposits as described above for special and custom orders.
  • Ammunition and Accessories: Once ammunition or accessories are shipped, they cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or incorrect shipment. Please ensure that the products are legal for shipment to your state or locality before completing your purchase.
  1. Refund Process

If a refund is eligible (for damaged or defective products, or order cancellations where applicable), it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7–10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Firearms and ammunition once they have been shipped.
  • Custom firearms or items made to order.
  • Special orders, unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. If a return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  1. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. For defective or damaged products, please provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
