We ship firearms, ammunition, and related accessories to all 50 states within the United States. However, please be aware that certain restrictions apply depending on the state and local laws.

  • Firearms: We only ship firearms to licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders in compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Ammunition and Accessories: Ammunition and firearm accessories may be subject to state and local regulations. Some states (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey) have additional restrictions on the shipment of certain products, including ammunition and firearms parts.
  1. FFL Transfer Requirement (Firearms)

In accordance with federal law, all firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your area for transfer. After placing an order, it is your responsibility to arrange the transfer by providing us with the contact information of your chosen FFL dealer.

  • When you select an FFL dealer, please ensure that they are willing to accept transfers from us. We will only ship firearms to FFL holders that are properly licensed.
  • You must provide a copy of your dealer’s FFL license prior to shipment. We will not ship firearms without this verification.
  • Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will proceed with shipping the firearm to your FFL dealer for transfer.
  1. Order Processing Time
  • Processing Time: Orders for firearms are typically processed within 3 business days, while orders for ammunition and accessories are processed within 2 business days. Processing times may vary based on stock availability, order volume, and verification procedures.
  • Business Days: Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Verification: For firearm orders, the age and eligibility verification process, as well as FFL dealer confirmation, may delay processing times.
  1. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options based on the size of your order and your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and the destination.

  • Firearms: Firearm shipments are typically sent via UPS or FedEx to ensure safe delivery. We do not ship firearms via standard postal services.
  • Ammunition and Accessories: These products will be shipped via ground shipping, and we comply with all shipping regulations specific to ammunition, including restrictions on air shipping.

Shipping rates are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify rates based on the shipping destination or product type. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

  • State Restrictions: Certain states and localities have specific restrictions on the sale and shipment of firearms, ammunition, or firearm parts. Before placing an order, please ensure that the products you wish to purchase are legal to receive in your state or locality. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Restricted Products: We do not ship prohibited items such as high-capacity magazines, assault weapons (as defined by state law), or other restricted products to areas where they are illegal.
  • Age Restrictions: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase rifles or shotguns and 21 years of age or older to purchase handguns. We verify the age of all firearm purchasers before processing orders.
  1. Signature Requirement

All firearm shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures that the firearm is received by a legal adult and that it is securely delivered to the correct recipient. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address.

  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care to ensure that your items are packaged securely. However, in the unlikely event that your shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact us immediately.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is confirmed as lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In most cases, the carrier will initiate an investigation, and we will provide updates as soon as we receive information from them.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within [X] business days. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

  1. Orders Canceled Due to Non-Shippable Addresses

In the event that an order is canceled due to restrictions on shipping to your state or local area (as dictated by applicable federal, state, or local laws), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. This fee helps cover the processing and administrative costs associated with the order. Please review your local laws before placing an order to ensure that the items you wish to purchase are legally shippable to your location.

10. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping for any products. If you reside outside the U.S., please do not place an order.
